The shift
From retyping to reviewing
What sales order automation changes for the people doing the work today.
Today
Your team does the typing
- Customer service staff retype every purchase order into the ERP.
- Customers use their own item descriptions and codes, not yours.
- Orders placed at night or over the weekend wait until someone is in the office.
- Wrong prices or quantities are found only at delivery or invoicing.
- Peak periods mean overtime for order entry instead of serving customers.
With AI built in
The system drafts, your team approves
- Reads the PO from email, PDF, Excel, or WhatsApp
- Maps customer item names and codes to your SKUs
- Checks contract prices, minimum quantities, and stock
- Creates a draft sales order and a draft acknowledgement
What we build
Built around how your team works
Each system is built around your own data, documents, and approval rules, then connected to the software you already run.
Order intake from any channel
Email bodies, PDF and Excel attachments, WhatsApp messages, and web forms land in one queue.
Customer item mapping
Customer part numbers and descriptions are mapped to your SKUs, and the mapping improves with each confirmed order.
Contract price and stock checks
Each line is checked against the customer's price list, minimum order quantity, and available stock.
Draft sales orders
Orders are created as drafts in your ERP or SAP Business One, ready for one-click confirmation.
Exception queue
Unknown items, price mismatches, and credit-hold customers go to a person with the reason shown.
Order acknowledgement
A confirmation is drafted for the customer once staff approve the order.
Human in the loop
AI drafts. Your team approves.
The routine reading, matching, and drafting is done for you. Every decision that matters still has a person's name on it.
The AI drafts

FAQ
Common questions
What is sales order automation?
Sales order automation turns incoming customer purchase orders into sales orders without retyping. AI reads the PO, maps each line to your item codes, checks price and stock, and creates a draft order that staff confirm.
Can it handle customers who use their own item codes?
Yes. The system keeps a mapping between each customer's codes and descriptions and your SKUs. New mappings are confirmed by staff once and reused after that.
Which ERP systems does it work with?
We create draft orders in SAP Business One, in a custom ERP we build, or in other systems with a usable API. Orders can also sync onward to Xero or QuickBooks for invoicing.
Will orders be confirmed to customers automatically?
No. Orders stay as drafts until a person confirms them. Some teams later allow straight-through confirmation for repeat orders that pass every check, but that is your decision.
How is this different from quotation automation?
Quotation automation starts from a customer's request for a price. Sales order automation starts from a customer's confirmed purchase order. Many distributors start with one and add the other.
