Who this is for
FM and M&E contractors run hundreds of jobs a month across many sites, each with its own contract, schedule, and reporting format. We build the system that takes a fault report or a maintenance schedule all the way to a signed service report and an invoice, and we use AI to cut the typing in between.
Sound familiar?
Common problems in facilities management
These are the problems we are most often asked to fix.
Fault reports arrive everywhere
Requests come by email, phone, WhatsApp, and client portals, and some are missed until the client escalates.
Preventive maintenance is tracked in Excel
PPM schedules for each site and asset are kept in spreadsheets, so missed visits are found during the monthly report.
Service reports are typed twice
Technicians write on paper or in chat, and an admin retypes the report, photos, and readings into the client format.
SLA performance is hard to prove
Response and completion times are reconstructed from messages when the client asks for them.
Billing lags the work
Ad hoc jobs, parts, and overtime are invoiced late or not at all because the job details are not in one place.
What we build
Software built for facilities management
Each system is built around your own workflow, data, and approval rules.
Work order intake
Fault reports from email, WhatsApp, and forms land in one queue. AI reads them, identifies the site and asset, and drafts the work order for the coordinator to dispatch.
Preventive maintenance scheduling
PPM schedules per contract, site, and asset, with visits generated automatically and overdue work flagged.
Technician mobile app
Jobs, checklists, photos, readings, parts used, and customer signature captured on site, even with weak signal.
Service reports
Reports generated in each client's required format from the technician's entries, ready to send after review.
SLA and contract dashboards
Response and completion times by contract and site, with alerts before an SLA is breached.
Billing and accounting
Completed jobs, parts, and labour flow into invoices in Xero, QuickBooks, or your ERP.
FAQ
Questions about software for facilities management
Do you build a technician mobile app?
Yes. Technicians see assigned jobs, follow checklists, take photos and readings, record parts used, and capture the customer's signature on site. The app works offline and syncs when signal returns.
Can the system produce reports in each client's format?
Yes. Report templates are set per client or contract, and the report is generated from what the technician recorded. A coordinator reviews it before it is sent.
Where does AI help in facilities management?
AI reads incoming fault reports and drafts work orders, summarises technician notes into report text, and flags jobs at risk of breaching SLA. Coordinators approve dispatch and client communication.
How much does custom FM software cost?
A focused module, such as work order intake with a technician app, can start from about S$10,000 to S$30,000 depending on scope. A full system with PPM, SLA reporting, and billing is a larger project. We quote after a scoping session.
Is the project eligible for a government grant?
Qualifying Singapore SMEs may claim up to 50% of project cost under the Enterprise Development Grant. Eligibility is decided by Enterprise Singapore, not by SleekDigital. We prepare the scope and quotation documents the application needs.
