Does the system send quotations without a person checking?
No. SleekDigital does not ship agents that change prices or message customers without approval. Every quotation is reviewed by your staff first.
Can it read RFQs in different formats?
Yes. It handles email text, WhatsApp messages, PDF, and Excel attachments. Accuracy on unusual formats is tested with your own past RFQs during the build.
Does it work with our existing ERP or accounting system?
Yes. We integrate with Xero, QuickBooks, and SAP Business One, or with a custom ERP, so that prices and stock come from your live data.
