ERP and automation for F&B in Singapore

SleekDigital builds custom ERP and automation for F&B groups, central kitchens, and food suppliers in Singapore.

F&B businesses with several outlets or a central kitchen outgrow a POS and a set of spreadsheets. We build the back-of-house system that connects outlet orders, purchasing, stock, and food cost.

Common problems in F&B

These are the problems we are most often asked to fix.

  • Outlet orders arrive by WhatsApp

Each outlet sends its daily order to the central kitchen by chat. Someone retypes it, and mistakes become wasted food or shortages.

  • Food cost is calculated after the month ends

Ingredient prices change every week, and recipe costs in the spreadsheet are months out of date.

  • Stock takes are slow and inaccurate

Counting is done on paper and entered later. Wastage and variance are hard to trace to an outlet or item.

  • Purchasing depends on one person

Supplier prices, order days, and minimum quantities are known only to the purchaser.

  • Reports come from several systems

Sales are in the POS, costs in accounting, and stock in Excel. Nobody sees outlet profit in one view.

What we build

Each system is built around your own workflow, data, and approval rules.

  • Outlet ordering

Outlets order from the central kitchen or from suppliers in an app, with par levels and cut-off times.

  • Purchasing and supplier management

Purchase orders are generated from outlet demand and stock levels, with supplier price history.

  • Inventory and stock takes

Stock by outlet and store room, with mobile stock takes and variance reports.

  • Recipe and food costing

Recipe costs update when supplier prices change, so menu margins are current.

  • POS and accounting integration

Sales from your POS and invoices in your accounting system are brought together for outlet-level reporting.

Questions about software for F&B

Do you replace our POS system?

Usually not. We integrate with the POS you already use and build the back-of-house system around it: ordering, purchasing, inventory, and costing.

Can outlets order from the central kitchen in the system?

Yes. Outlets place orders in an app against set par levels and cut-off times, and the central kitchen sees consolidated production and delivery lists.

Can it track food cost per dish?

Yes. Recipes are linked to ingredients and supplier prices, so the cost of each dish updates when prices change.

How much does a custom F&B system cost?

A custom ERP usually costs S$50,000 to S$200,000, depending on modules and integrations. A single module, such as outlet ordering, costs less. We quote after a scoping session.

Is the project eligible for a government grant?

Qualifying Singapore SMEs may claim up to 50% of project cost under the Enterprise Development Grant. Eligibility is decided by Enterprise Singapore, not by SleekDigital. We prepare the scope and quotation documents the application needs.
