The Challenge
JJBS Infinity is a logistics company in Singapore managing thousands of deliveries every day across the island. Their fleet of drivers handles everything from same-day parcels to scheduled commercial deliveries, serving a diverse range of businesses that depend on reliable, on-time fulfillment.
Before approaching SleekDigital, JJBS managed their delivery operations through a patchwork of spreadsheets, manual dispatching, and phone-based check-ins with drivers. The operations team had no real-time visibility into where drivers were, which deliveries were completed, or which were running behind schedule.
As their volume scaled, the cracks in this manual system became impossible to ignore. Missed deliveries, inefficient routing, and a lack of accountability were costing the company both revenue and client trust.

The Solution
SleekDigital built an end-to-end delivery tracking system that connects dispatchers, drivers, and management through a unified platform. The system provides full visibility across the entire delivery chain from order assignment to proof of delivery.
Driver Mobile App
A purpose-built React Native app that drivers use to receive assignments, navigate to delivery locations, scan parcels, capture proof of delivery, and update order statuses. The app works reliably even in low-connectivity areas, syncing data once signal is restored.
Real-Time GPS Tracking
Live location tracking for every driver in the fleet, displayed on an interactive map within the admin dashboard. Dispatchers can monitor delivery progress in real time and proactively address delays before they impact clients.
Route Optimization
Intelligent routing algorithms that calculate the most efficient delivery sequences based on location clusters, time windows, and traffic conditions. Routes are automatically assigned to drivers, reducing fuel costs and improving on-time delivery rates.
Admin Dashboard
A comprehensive web dashboard for the operations team to manage orders, assign drivers, monitor live deliveries, and review performance analytics. The dashboard includes filterable views, bulk operations, and exportable reports.

How We Built It
Operations Mapping
Rode along with drivers and shadowed the dispatch team to understand the full delivery workflow, from order intake through to proof of delivery and end-of-day reconciliation.

Designed a real-time event-driven architecture capable of handling thousands of concurrent location updates while maintaining sub-second dashboard refresh rates.
Iterative Build
Developed the driver app and admin dashboard in two-week sprint cycles, testing each feature with live deliveries before moving to the next. Driver feedback shaped the UX at every stage.
